Yough! was founded by a group of childhood and college friends who joined forces to make sure that you don’t have to choose between good food or good health. While experiencing numerous health conditions and strict doctor’s orders to give up pizza (and all the joy that comes with it), our founders started Yough! with the belief that you should be able to have your cake and eat it too. Or in this case – pizza, pretzels, bagels, or anything else you crave.
After learning about the Two-Ingredient Dough trend, Yough! was born – making Greek Yogurt the star of the show. Even after eating an entire pizza (don’t lie, you’ve done it), our founders noticed they didn’t feel sluggish, bloated, or tired. Their guts felt better and their taste buds didn’t suffer, so it was time to Yough!

Yough! co-founder Haleigh Rosa is a disability advocate from South Florida. While working for an NBC News affiliate at the age of 25, she was injured in a car accident, leaving her paralyzed from the waist down.
After noticing the lack of representation in society for the disabled community, Haleigh sought to make changes.
Fueled by her passion to not let circumstances define her, Haleigh created “For Everyone,” which works to bring inclusivity and accessibility to a new generation of consumers.
